- Whisk eggs, water or milk, and oil in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended.
- Heat lightly oiled griddle or skillet on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle using 2 Tbsp. batter for each pancake.
- Cook until edges are dry, turn and brown other side.

- Preheat waffle iron on high heat setting.
- Whisk eggs, water or milk, and oil in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended.
- Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron.
- Cook on high according to waffle iron instructions and serve.
